We inform you that the datas that will be provided to the ANCI S.r.l. website operator, regarding to the operation of filling the "Contact Form" available on the site, will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, Statut on personal data protection.
The "Contact Form" available on the website aims to enable visitors to be contacted by ANCI S.r.l. for information purposes closely related to the educational services provided by the company itself.
This module, therefore, concerns the processing of personal data sent by users when completing the "Contact Form" (specifically: name, last name, city of residence, telephone number and mailbox).
We inform you that the datas you will voluntarily provide through the form, will be only used to contact you by phone and/or by email, and they will be kept in the receiving emails system, at the exclusively use of the website owner.
These data will be recorded and stored on a computer hardisk and/or in a paper form.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The data you sent by the "Contact Form" available on the website will be used, as mentioned above, with the unique purpose of contacting you through the references you have voluntarily indicated in the same "Contact Form" (telephone number and/or email) in order to fulfill the requested informations.
The provision of those data is optional, except the indication of some key references required to be re-contacted (city of residence, telephone number or email address of the user, interested course/master attendance, modes of delivery and a message with further information).
Please note that the indication of an email address and/or of the telephone number in the form, involves the subsequent acquisition by ANCI S.r.l. of these datas, necessary to respond to the requests and to contact those who have expressed an interest in our services by filling the Contact Form.
ANCI S.r.l. is not responsible for data that will be entered voluntarily by users and, in any case, the datas that will be considered anomalous will be evaluated and, where appropriate and/or necessary, will be deleted.

2. NATURE OF DATA AND PROCESSING METHODS 
The processed personal data will be the only ones strictly necessary and relevant to the purposes of the paragraph 1 mentioned above. The information provided will be used, therefor, only for the following purposes:
- Sending of informations by email and/or telephone, in response to received requests and sending of communications regarding promotional campaigns developed by the Academy, starting dates of the courses and/or updating newsletter;
The processing of personal data is carried out through the operations listed in Art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
The treatment is developed directly by ANCI Srl.

3. NATURE OF THE DATA PROVISION AND THE REFUSAL CONSEQUENCES
Recall that it is not mandatory to give the operator of the site the personal data requested in the "Contact Form", as optional.
However, the refusal to grant access for the purposes of art. 1, will make it impossible, by ANCI Srl, to contact you for any request specific information about the courses / Masters of vocational training, to teachers, to the departure dates, the locations, the relevant teaching modules and modalities of organization of the same.

4. THE DATA PROCESSING MANAGER
The collected personal data through the "Contact Form" will be stored on hardisk and on paper support by the Manager of the personal data treatment, an ANCI S.r.l. Official employee.

5. RIGHTS OF USERS
Please note that at any time you may exercise the rights set out under the Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, writing an email at anciscuola@pec.it to the operator of this website.
ART. 7. Legislative Decree. 196/2003 - Right of access to personal data and other rights 
“The user has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.
You have the right to obtain the information:
a) on the source of the personal data;
b) on the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) on the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic tools;
d) on the identity of the Manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) on the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them.
You have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
b) the deletion, the anonymization or the blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that have not been kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also regard to their content, to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement is impossible or involves the use of clearly disproportionate to the protected right tools.
You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, as well as to the scope of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes for sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or marketing communication.

6. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
The data you have issued will be stored in our electronic and paper support until your eventual deletion request.

7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Privacy Policy of ANCI S.r.l. may be updated and/or integrated in order to implement and/or conform itself to National, European and International laws or to adapt itself to new technological innovations. Updates and/or integration of the present Privacy Policy will be published on this webpage, so that the interested parties can be fully informed about the use that is made of their personal data provided through the website.
