The new training area, called "Food & Beverage Italian Academy in the World" and designed for foreign users, offers the unique opportunity to learn the true Italian culinary tradition and art, without necessarily having to come to Italy to follow a specific training, but remaining comfortably at home and requesting to ANPA sending home a "Personal Master Chef, Confectioner, Pizza Maker, Ice Cream Maker, Chocolatier, Food & Beverage Manager, Maitre, Bartender, Sommelier, Oenologist etc ... that , mode of group or individual, will teach technical, operational methods, procedures, executions, recipes, proper use of raw materials, especially the management and culture of Italian food and wine, as well as technical and service styles of each profession of food and drink.

LOCATION AND TOOLS

CERTIFICATION

COSTS
All training activities by sending home a Personal English Instructor at a cost ranging from € 2000,00 to € 3000,00 + VAT 22% for each participant, which will be added the cost of travel, board and lodging of the professional / teacher sent by ANPA for the conduct of training and the purchase of any commodities, which remain with the load of the student.
If the course was required for a larger number of people, the cost per participant will subside in proportion to the number of members (eg: 2 to 4 members = 10%; up to 5 members = 20% discount).
For courses for corporate staff (eg. Staff of hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars) will be developed from time to time quotes tailored to the individual needs of the client and the number of resources to form.
