FRONT OFFICE MANAGER MASTER
The ANPA Master course for Front Office Manager includes five months of theoretical training and an internship in a hotel to become a front office professional.
The Master course focuses largely on broadening ones knowledge of the Opera software, the most used informatic application for hotel management.
During the Master course, students will get in touch with several subjects: front office management, marketing, customer communication, sales techniques, administration.
The final internship, in one of the best hotels selected by ANPA, allows the Front Office Manager to start working with full responsibility.
