MASTER COURSE
ANPA Master Course for Wine & Beverage Manager includes five months of theoretical training and an internship in a hotel to became a professional of the wine world.
A high quality training course in the hotel restaurant field, to become a wine expert in hotels, wine bars and wine-producing companies.
During the Master course students will acquire a deep knowledge of wines, label laws and apparatus, in order perfectly run a wine cellar and beverage.
The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, allows the Wine & Beverage Manager to immediately put his newly acquired skills to the test.
