The receptionist is the client’s first contact with the hotel. ANPA offers a training course with a theoretical part and an intership in the best Italian hotels. A good receptionist is asked to offer an excellent image of him/herself and immediately understand the customer’s needs, in oder to provide the perfect welcome at the hotel. The training course teaches everything there is to know to welcome the hotel’s clients, greeting practices, verbal and behavioral communication skills, how to improve interpersonal relations between staff and customers according to the highest standards of quality. The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, allows the receptionist to put in practice what he or she learned during the training course, to become an unswerving professional in welcoming customers.
