The pizza maker is a highly sought out profession in the hotel restaurant. ANPA offers a training course with a thoretical part and an internship in the best hotels.

The training course discloses to beginner pizza makers all the tricks of the trade, to prepare his pizza’s in an original and inventive way, free to put his creativity to the test with original toppings and in presentation.
The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, offers the pizza makers an important opportunity to put their skills to the test, facing the first important professional experience in a hotel restaurant.
