The hotel pastry chef dishes out every type of dessert. ANPA offers a training course including a theoretical part and an internship in the best hotels.
The training course is aimed both at novice pastry chefs facing their first experiences in the kitchen, and at catering experts willing to improve their skills, and allows them both to acquire those skills necessary to prepare any kind of dessert.
The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, offers the young pastry chefs the opportunity to test the sweet secrets learned during the course in an important hotel kitchen .
