MASTER COURSE
ANPA Master course for Housekeepers includes five months of theoretical training and an internship in a hotel to become a hotel management professional.
A high quality training course to achieve room service managing skills and operate with proficiency and professionality.
During the Master course students will acquire skills in work management and organization, room division, organization chart management, hotel communication and staff recruiting.
The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, allows the Housekeeper to immediately to cover a role of responsibility in the hotel.
