Porter is a role of responsibility and courtesy. ANPA offers a training course of theoretical training including an internship in the best hotels. Managing customer’s first welcome is the first important step to improve quality standards in the hotel. During the training course students will acquire the knowledge to carry out duties of control, assistance, cleaning, maintenance, emergency and surveillance, in order to become a reference point for customers. The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, offers students the opportunity to immediately test this profession .
