A bartender ’s duty is to prepare coffees, cocktails and buffets. ANPA offers a training course with a theoretical part and an internship in the best hotels. One of the bartender’s vital prerequisites is to communicate with customers while preparing coffees and cappuccinos ready to be served both at the table and at the counter. The training course teaches all the rules to managing a bar in a hotel: preparing the buffet, mixing long drinks and cocktails, preparing elaborate snacks and shakes, and of course frothing the best cappucino. The final internship, in the best hotels selected by ANPA, offers the bartender the opportunity to test his acquired skills in a hotel bar, welcoming customers to the bar with the aroma of a good coffee or a refreshing drink.
